The best property management company we have worked with. As a plumbing company, we do a lot of work for property managers. They usually send work orders and basically move the responsibility to us. Not with TBT! We are in constant communication and they follow up with us during the whole repair whatever that might be and keep the clients in the know. You don't really see this kind of personalized attention from any other property management company. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend TBT Property Management. The owners have built a fantastic company and truly understand every aspect of property management and the rental community.

Their service, communication, follow-up, and follow-through are excellent. They have great connections, reliable service providers, and a strong network that allows them to handle just about anything that comes up. From the rental side to the day-to-day management of properties, they are professional, responsive, dependable, and always willing to help.

We’ve had the privilege of knowing them both as friends and as a vendor, so we’ve been able to see firsthand how they operate and how much they care about their clients, properties, and business relationships.

We’re grateful for our relationship with TBT Property Management and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, well-connected, and professional property management company. Great people, great company, and great service all around!
