TBT team is the best in business. I was managing my property and tenant for years having to deal with communication, repairs and late payments. Since I’ve handed things over to the Lauren and James I don’t even have to think about it anymore! They take care of all communication, including the use of an app for inputting repair requests and reports complete with pictures. They are professional and get the job done every time. My only regret is I didn’t hand things over sooner. I would definitely have a lot less gray hairs. I highly recommend using the TBT team for all your property management needs.
